Most of our products are made to order and will take between 5 to 7 business days to be dispatched, however we will always aim to post them as soon as possible.
Shipping charges for your order will be calculated and displayed at checkout. We offer free deliveries worldwide on LABELS ONLY, for all other items price varies depending on quantity and weight, this will be calculated once you place your order in your basket and before checkout.
We send most of our items via Royal Mail service, which normally takes up to 4 business days to be delivered to the UK , but may take longer during busy periods.
International deliveries can take 1 - 4 weeks to be delivered.
Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply.
We will not be liable for any customs or VAT levies applied by the local authorities once the goods reach your country. For current customs fees, please check your local government website.

RETURN POLICY
We accept returns up to 30 days after delivery, if the item is unused and in its original condition, and we will refund the full order amount minus the shipping costs for the return, EXCEPT FOR CUSTOM LABELS - because of the nature of these items unless they arrive damaged or defective, we can't accept returns.
In the event that your order arrives damaged in any way, please email us as soon as possible at sales@hometailors.co.uk with your order number and a photo of the item’s condition. We address these on a case-by-case basis but will try our best to work towards a satisfactory solution.

We may store and process your information through third-party hosting services in the US and other jurisdictions. As a result, we may transfer your personal information to a jurisdiction with different data protection and government surveillance laws than your jurisdiction. If we are deemed to transfer information about you outside of the EU, we rely on Privacy Shield as the legal basis for the transfer, as Google Cloud is Privacy Shield certified.
